Hotel Information

Conference speakers and attendees will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Youngstown (located at 4400 Belmont Avenue). The group rate for the conference hotel is $65/night for a King or two double bed room which includes breakfast. The group code to book online is YSU. This special rate will be available until September 1, 2008.

Hotel Shuttle

Shuttle service will be offered between the conference hotel and the conference site on Youngstown State University’s campus. The shuttle will depart half an hour before the first scheduled talk of the day and depart 20 minutes after the last speaker of the day. Conference attendees wishing to return to the hotel while the conference is in session will need to make their own arrangements.
